Hexatronic Group is launching a new Sustainability Roadmap to 2030, setting a clear direction for climate action, responsible business, and social progress across the Group.

It's a strategic framework that aligns with our customers' ambitions, supports their ESG goals, and helps them meet the growing expectations of regulators, investors, and their own customers. From reducing emissions across the value chain to designing circular solutions and driving energy efficiency, we're committed to being a trusted partner that enables innovation, powers progress, and connects communities.
The Sustainability Roadmap outlines bold, measurable targets:
- Climate-neutral operations by 2030
- 42 percent reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from the 2022 baseline
- 51.6 percent reduction in Scope 3 climate intensity
- 25 percent recycled materials in ducts
- At least 40 percent gender diversity in leadership positions
- 90 percent of the purchased volume from sustainability-approved suppliers
- 100 percent Code of Conduct training completion for all employees
We are focusing our efforts where they matter most. By prioritizing high-impact targets, we are better equipped to help our customers reach their own sustainability goals and drive real change in our industry.
The Sustainability Roadmap also highlights our commitment to circularity, responsible supply chains, digital inclusion, and strong business ethics. Progress will be tracked and reported annually in the Sustainability Report.
