Annual General Meeting 2025
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Hexatronic Group AB (publ) will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 15.00, at Gothia Towers, Mässans gata 24 in Gothenburg. Those who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting and be present in the meeting room must:
- be registered as a shareholder in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB no later than Thursday, April 24
- have notified their participation no later than Monday, April 28, 2025 via
- link to Euroclear https://anmalan.vpc.se/EuroclearProxy/
- by telephone on 08-402 91 33 weekdays between 9.00-16.00 CEST
- by mail to Hexatronic Group AB (publ), Annual General Meeting 2025, c/o Euroclear Sweden AB, Box 191, 101 23 Stockholm.
When giving notice, the name, personal or corporate identity number, address, telephone number and number of assistants, if any, must be stated or if attendance is by proxy. Nominee-registered shares must be registered in the shareholder's own name in good time before April 24, 2025. Annual & Sustainability Report 2024
Hexatronic continued to strengthen its position in key growth markets in 2024. Although sales in Fiber Solutions declined during the year due to weak markets, a stabilization was noted towards the end of the year. This was partly offset by stable and growing businesses in Harsh Environment and Data Center.
We are making continuous progress on sustainability. The share of climate-neutral energy rose to 48% in 2024, in line with the goal of becoming completely climate-neutral in our own operations by 2030.

Major investments in defense and energy are expected to lead to a substantial market for advanced cables for a long time to come. Similarly, AI is expected to drive developments in the data center industry.
