From May 18 to 29, Hexatronic teams around the world took part in Wellness Weeks, a yearly group initiative built around physical health, mental wellbeing, and time spent with colleagues. Each office shapes its own program, and it's a format that travels well. Here are some highlights from the teams that shared their stories.
Movement and community in the UK
Hexatronic UK ran a packed program: yoga and stretching workshops led by an in-house personal trainer, mindfulness sessions, and wellbeing talks covering mental health, menopause awareness, and stress management. Local charities stopped by to share information about the services they provide. Teams also joined a virtual walking challenge with Hexatronic Group companies Impact Data Solutions and Mpirical, tracking close to five million steps across England's cities.
Fibron colleagues spent their lunch breaks litter-picking the woodland and riverside paths near their head office. Several bags filled, some fresh air gained, and a chance to step away from the desk together.
Three individual efforts stood out. George and Harry from Impact Data Solutions completed the Hampshire Hilly Hundred cycling event in 6 hours and 11 minutes, placing 4th and 5th in their age group. They raised £1,448 for Hampshire & IOW Air Ambulance and their new airbase in Thruxton, Andover. Vince Warne from the same team ran the Centurion North Downs Way 50, an ultra-marathon covering more than 95,000 steps and 5,600 feet of elevation. Eight colleagues attended a self-defense seminar at Andy Roberts BJJ Academy, picking up practical techniques and a sharper sense of awareness.
Making space after a busy stretch in Germany
Teams in Bargteheide and Herzogenaurach chose forest bathing, outdoor exercise, and healthy meals as their focus. Coming off a hectic period that included ANGA COM 2026, the emphasis was on conversation, shared meals, and making space to reset.
An excursion in Austria, a race in Sweden, and a hike in Canada
Twenty colleagues in Austria, joined by a few family members, made the ascent to the Buchberg Tower. The weather held, the conversation flowed, and a stop at the top with food and drinks made for a fitting close. In Hudiksvall, the team joined Blodomloppet, a Swedish event that combines running and walking with blood donation awareness. They ended the evening with a picnic. In Canada, the team went for a neighbourhood walk, a corn hole tournament, and a five-kilometre hike through a Toronto national park.

Part of something bigger
These are just some of the stories from Wellness Weeks 2026. The activities look different in every location, but the intent is consistent: encourage good habits and invest time in each other.
Thanks to every colleague who organized an event, turned up, or simply encouraged someone else.
