Job Description
The Warehouse Inventory Clerk role is vital in the day-to-day running of all warehouse operations through a combination of working and supporting the team performance and culture to achieve the goals of a growing organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to company processes, procedures, and H&S guidelines.
- Doublechecking incoming stock.
- Booking stock into our WMS.
- Update and maintain records.
- Recycling in line with our sustainability programme.
- Performing physical inventory counts using MWEP/MHE.
- Assist Goods In Dept. with stock location and stock positioning.
- Investigate inventory queries.
- General cleanliness and tidying of the warehouse.
Your profile
- H&S conscious to ensure the working environment is safe for all employees.
- Proven experience of working in a busy warehouse environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Essential IT literate.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact with all departments.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Flexible, can-do attitude.
- Counter balance, MEWP, Reach and Pivot steer licenses, preferrable but not essential as training can be given.
