As a direct result of sustained global growth, Hexatronic UK is searching for an additional Solutions Manager to support our external Sales teams around the world.
Hexatronic UK develops, manufactures, and delivers industry leading passive optical solutions for Telecoms networks. The headquarters in Gosport, UK has a workforce of 74 employees, including personnel focused on Product Design, Manufacturing, Logistics and Sales.

The Solutions Manager will be based in the UK but with the need for travel, this key role provides a pre-sales technical interface with our external Sales teams and most importantly our end customers.
As a subject matter expert for Optical Telecom Networks, you will have a thorough understanding of Optical Networks across all market sectors (FTTh, FTTa, Transport, Metro etc). Your knowledge of network topologies, network design drivers and deployment experience combined with a high level of commercial acumen will add value to our proposition as an end-to-end solution provider steeped in technical knowledge, that drives global product innovation.
Initially focusing on the UK domestic market whilst you find your feet, this role will migrate to an international presence that takes advantage of our global portfolio, combining products from each business unit to create bespoke connectivity solutions that support service delivery across all market segments and geographical regions.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Technical pre-sales support
Technical post-sales support
Creation and presentation of network solutions and associated technical content
Obtaining market feedback and sharing with key stakeholders
Steering portfolio development and driving innovation
Enabling sales growth through customer engagement and market development
Subject matter expert of Optical Telecoms Networks
Highly educated with excellent commercial acumen
Able to understand and convey complex technical data
Self-starter, keen to take ownership and problem solve
Skilled in creating & understanding detailed technical content
Practical, with an excellent understanding of fiber installation practices
Detailed understanding of network design drivers and challenges
