Our Continuous Rods are high-quality, helically wound epoxy rods reinforced with glass fibers, offering strong adhesion properties for the outer polyethylene coating. This design provides exceptional bending flexibility, making it perfect for both short and long installations within ducts. It's an efficient and ideal method for installing draw ropes and winch ropes into ducts, preparing them for cable-pulling operations.

The 6mm versions are mounted on a self-supporting frame, while the 9mm, 11mm, and 14mm rods come with a mobile frame for convenient mobility.

Repair Kits

Connector used to repair breakages to Conduit Rods. The fitting is used alongside Adhesive (FOTA-3ML-ADH1)

End Connectors

Male Rod End Connectors are supplied as a standard at both ends of all Conduit Rods. The threaded ends allow the connection of other Rod accessories.

  • 6mm Brass End Connector – Replacement - FOTA-EC-M279-A-6MM
  • 9mm Brass End Connector – Replacement - FOTA-EC-M277-4-9MM
  • 11mm Brass End Connector – Replacement - FOTA-EC-M277-3-11MM

Please note, that 3ml Adhesive - FOTA-3ML-ADH1 is also required to fit an end connector to a Conduit Rod.

Guide Tips

Supplied as a standard with all Conduit Rods. The Tip guides the Rod through the Duct, the Eye allows the pulling rope to be attached to the Rod.

Flexible Guide Tips

Used to guide Conduit Rods around bends. Available with a Spring End or Wire Rope End/Flexible Leader, which have the added facility of being able to pull back draw rope without reverting to a standard guide tip.

  • Flexible Guide Tip with Spring (9mm, 11mm and 14mm Rods)
  • Flexible Guide Tip with Wire Rope (HeavyDuty) (9mm, 11mm and 14mm Rods)
  • Flexible Leader Rod - 6mm (9mm, 11mm and 14mm Rods)

All above are suitable for 9mm, 11mm and 14mm rods.
