The MiniJet and IntelliJet are designed for the laying of telecommunication cables (optic fibre, coaxial or multipair) in preinstalled ducts with the Jetting or floating methods. Jetting is a method for the installation of microducts, fibre optic - or conventional telecommunication-cables. A high-speed airflow drives the cable into the protecting duct. This method combined with an additional mechanical pushing force gives the best results.
The MiniJet™ is designed for blowing or floating telecommunication cables (optical fibre, coax or multipair) or multiducts in preinstalled ducts.
This multipurpose machine (4 in 1) is easy to use for the installation of cables, micro-cables or micro-ducts by air or water injection, and covers the most common cable diameters.
Its high effectiveness significantly increases daily production. The belt drive system ensures excellent cable grip without damage and the clamping system absorbs cable diameter tolerances. In addition, its advanced design and construction improve installation performance. Its components are selected and manufactured to meet the highest requirements.
Like all our Jetting devices, it is equipped with a distance and speed counter for a better control of the installation.
Each MiniJet or IntelliJet is supplied with:
- A storage box (620 x 420 x 340 mm)
- A tool box (620 x 420 x 285 mm)
- Tools & some spare parts
- 0,5 l of lubricant for the pneumatic motor
- A bottle of lubricant Jetting Lube & Microjetting Lube
- A 1” air hose to connect the device to the compressor and an air hose to connect to the pneumatic motor with a pressure reducing valve 7 bar
- A user's guide and maintenance manual
