Cable assembly for interconnecting optical links between main and remote units for outdoor and indoor radio base applications.

  • Breakout RRU: Fan-out with RDC duplex connectors for each fiber pair (RDCf, female)
  • Breakout Indoor part: LC-duplex connectors
  • Fiber type: Tight buffered SM G.657.A1 fibers
  • Fiber capacity: 12/24 fibers
  • Jacket: Halogen free, flame retardant

The cable assembly consist of protected bend resistant G657A1 fibers. The desing provides several fiber connections from baseband units (BBU) to remote radio units (RRU) in a slim cable. This facilitates installation and occupies less space on towers and buildings.
